Returns & Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind every Biomewise product with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return any Biomewise product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. To initiate a return under our Money-Back Guarantee:
1.Email us at info@biomewise.co with your order number and a brief note about your experience.
2.We will confirm your return request within 1 business day.
3.You may be asked to return the product (at our cost for UK returns) or simply dispose of it — we will advise on a case-by-case basis.
4.Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In addition to our Money-Back Guarantee, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@biomewise.co within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within a further 14 days. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@biomewise.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. To cancel, log into your account or email info@biomewise.co. Already-dispatched subscription orders cannot be cancelled but are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return (except where faulty):
•Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (outside our Money-Back Guarantee and statutory cooling-off period)
•Gift cards
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
